In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3. Orders & Payments

All payments are securely processed via trusted payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods offered at checkout.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except under specific conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the courier, CozyyNook is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing items.
