🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or missing original tags will not be accepted.
• Final sale and customized/personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size, style, or color, please:

1. Return the original item following the return process
2. Place a new order for the item you’d like

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
